I truly believe that I was born to be a photographer....I was about 8 years old when my parents gave in and bought me my very first (pink!) camera. From that moment forward, photography has been my true passion. After I had my two beautiful children, I began to realize how very quickly time goes by and how important it is to capture these wonderful memories for my own family. Through the encouragement of my husband, I took the photography certificate course at Midlands Technical College. Since then, I have been fortunate to have awesome friends and family who have trusted me to take pictures for them. I feel that the Lord has blessed me with this gift.....it brings me so much joy to capture special moments for others to cherish. This is only the beginning for me and my family. I hope that you will check back often, as I continue this journey. Thank you for visiting my blog!
Oh my goodness, I had SO much fun photographing these sweet and absolutely beautiful girls this evening! They both have such wonderful little personalities and get a glimpse of those AMAZING blue eyes!! Here is a little sneak peek for their mom and dad....enjoy!
I was really excited to meet this sweet boy for the first time this afternoon.....he's sooooo precious! I was able to get a few cute shots of him, but he wasn't really in the mood to have his picture taken....so we're going to try again next week! Until then, here are a few from today's session....
FINALLY getting around to posting some more of this sweet boy from his 3 month session. What a cutie pie he is! Thanks to his awesome parents for being patient with me!!
LOVE this one....he was looking at his mommy and you can see her reflection in his eye!
Love this....might be my favorite! :)
He just couldn't keep his eyes open any longer...ended up falling asleep at the end of his session. So sweet!
My beautiful sister got married this weekend and I couldn't be happier for her and her new hubby, Stanley. She wanted the kids to be in the wedding as the Ring Bearer and Flower Girl and I must admit, I was totally nervous about it. Kids are so unpredictable and I definitely didn't want them to ruin her wedding! Luckily, they were both wonderful and I couldn't be more proud of them!! Since I was also in the wedding, I wasn't able to get any good pictures of them on the big day.....so we took the kids to the botanical gardens today to get a few shots of them all dressed up! Enjoy!! :)
